We require a TWO night minimum stay
Holiday Weekends: We require a THREE night minimum stay
***When renting the Lodge / Pavilion for special events, we do rent for full day if needed.
We also will work with you on the number of people that is invited to your event.***
We do offer "Off Season" rates, as well as "Extended Stay" rates.

A deposit is required for your reservation.
It is equivalent to a one night's stay.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Balance is DUE 2 days before your arrival.
We accept PayPal and major credit cards.
Extra guests:
Any extra guests outside of the allowed limit, will be charged an extra $15.00 per "extra guests."
CHECK IN / OUT:
Check in time is: 4:00 p.m.
Check out time is: 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a notice of no less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED for a refund of your deposit.
PETS:
We do allow some pets. Please let us know if bringing your fur baby.
SMOKING:
NO SMOKING INSIDE. Failure to comply will result in an extra charge of $125.00 to your Credit Card.
There are designated areas outside if you wish to smoke. PLEASE Do NOT throw your Cigarette heads on the ground.

DAMAGES:
Guests will be charged for any damages to or excessive trashing of the properties inside or outside. Any items removed inside or outside will result in extra charges.
NOISES:
We want you to have a wonderful time while you are here. However, this is a retirement community and therefore we do not allow any ATV's, loud vehicles, firearms, or loud, boisterous behavior of any kind.
Guests will be required to leave if exhibiting such behavior.
Please help us to help you keep your cost down by following our policies.
We reserve the right to evict any guest without refund for improper behavior or breaking
Castle Rock Lodges Policies.
We are not responsible for any losses, illnesses or accidents that occur during your stay to you or your guests and or your fur babies.
